Working only on a spiritual level can by-pass the mind, a term referred to as spiritual by-passing. This leaves the psychological mind and its processes unconscious. The heart-centre is often where the deep healing takes place once the mind has changed the psychological behaviour pattens. Transpersonal approaches embrace the whole person and works on an integrative mind, body and spirituality level creating wholeness from a holistic perspective.
The REAL-Life approach is an integrative transpersonal psychotherapy. Its purpose is to integrate a wide range of therapies and processes including client-centred counselling, psychology, hypnotherapy, energy healing and NLP.
